Blane Allen has been a Massage Therapist and Bodyworker since 1993. He is a Nationally Certified and Licensed massage therapist with a specialization in Asian bodywork, and a member of the American Organization of Bodywork Therapies of Asia (AOBTA). Blane is certified by the AOBTA as a Shiatsu Instructor. From 1987 to 1997 Mr. Allen studied Martial Arts, Traditional Chinese Health and Vitality Techniques with Mister Kwan Sai Hung. Mr. Allen studied Tuina, a Chinese massage technique, with Dr. Wong and Dr. James Wu of the Beijing University. In 1997 Blane Allen graduated as an Integrated Eclectic Shiatsu Practitioner from Nippon Shiatsu Daigaku under Toshiko Phipps. Later Mr. Allen taught Shiatsu and Anatomy at Nippon Shiatsu Daigaku. His blend of therapeutic massage techniques integrated with western styles has assisted clients in overcoming the root problems of their discomfort since 1993.
