Monique is State Licensed and Nationally Certified and has been in practice since 1991. Working with your unique physiology and goals she integrates deep tissue, pressure point work, Swedish, neuromuscular massage, therapeutic touch, polarity and/or Craniosacral to facilitate the body's return to physical, emotional, mental & spiritual health and harmony. In addition, Monique specializes in whiplash, headaches and tmj and considers Relaxation Massage an art. She is certified in pre and post natal Massage, Breast Massage, Post Surgery / Mastectomy Massage & is training with Hugh Milne in Craniosacral.

Educated in England , Israel and America , Monique worked as a therapist after receiving her MA in Expressive Therapies in 1989, switching paths to massage therapy in 1991. She has taught at a number of massage schools in New England, served in the Israeli Defense Forces, was a senior instructor at Impact, Model Mugging of Boston (a national self-defense program) for seven years, is certified by the National Women's Martial Arts Federation as a self-defense instructor, earned a black belt in Kali, and in 1998 was inducted into the World Martial Arts Hall of Fame .
